Can courtesy of Peter, cheers Peter! Had this at home Saturday 4th June 2022 in the company of Peter, Xenefon, Anastasia, Kostas and Vaso and Johnny. Pours hazy golden with a white head, usual saison vibes here but subtle, in fact I might describe this as a little bit thin. Light spicy, yeastyness. Ok.

Power tasting at Phill's, corked bottle
Dark mahogany colour. Aroma of malt, light smoke, light Belgian esters. The alcohol is slightly burning, some Belgian beer spices (light aniseed); it has a good body and enough residual sweetness; it has a different vibe in the finish, slightly vinous.
Good.

750ml on Phill's deck. Appearance: hazy brown with a white head. Aroma: a bit oxidized, fruity, Belgian esters. Taste: along the same lines, kind of mix of Dubbel and Quad. Overall: pretty good Belgian Strong.

750mL bottle, pours a murky reddish dark brown with a smal beige head. Aroma seems more like a Belgian (dubbel or something?), with candied sugar, toasted bready caramel, and some esters. Flavour is likewise more like a Belgian of some sort, with toasted bready malt, some tart red fruits, caramel, and a bit of esters. A little tart, quite fruity, caramely. Not exactly what I expected, but it's pretty decent.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out cotton candy, candied sugar and Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast, some candied sugar and floral notes. Not getting much cherry here. But it's a solid Belgian ale.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast upfront, with floral notes, and some fruity esters. Flavour is bright, with lots of Belgian yeast, some fruity esters, and cotton candy. Nice expression of the yeast. Very good.

On tap at The Common, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast upfront, with a touch of peaches. Flavour is quite fruity, with spicy Belgian yeast and subdued peaches. Dry and spicy. Okay.
