Poured from the tap. Dark brown with small light beige head. Lots of toasted malt, light roasty underlay. Has a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat and a slightly heavy character.

Poured from the tap. Opaque hazy golden orange with full white head. Malty with lots of citrus zest, some mild stone fruit underlay. It’s quite old school reminding me of some old Lagunitas stuff. Just wish it was more filtered, it’s a bit overly yeasty.

Poured from 750mL bottle (vintage 2020). Clear golden orange with small white head. Mild funk, sweet vinegar note, underlying oak, a bit undercarbonated and timid, but no off flavours, most of the tartness has fallen off making it quite smooth. A decent sour, wouldn’t call it a lambic though.

A copper amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light maple, alcohol warmth, light lime, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head, and floating Trix. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of captain Crunch cereals, light fruity esters, buttery notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed orange gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity lime with light fruity esters, Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart mix of lime and pear, Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
