A hazed reddish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with raspberry jam, light acidity, guava, ok. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light guava, ok. On tap at Beau's St Patrick 2019.

A hazed dark amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice raspberry jam with light Brett, light lactic notes, light acidity, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart raspberry jam with light acidity, light Brett, light cork notes, very nice and complex.

Bourbon barrel aged Belgian blond ale. Hazy dark gold colour. Lasting white head. Biscuit aroma. Not huge bourbon some vanilla. Some sweetness. Some dryness. Some Belgian character. I thought really interesting. Interesting Belgian ale with some barrel age. Light bourbon vanilla. 8.2%
