Notre coopérative n’est pas une entreprise privée comme les autres, c’est une coopérative, et cela change tout ! Notre coopérative a été créée par et pour les producteurs-adhérents. Tout a commencé en 1953, quand 12 producteurs de pommes de la vallée de la Rance ont décidé de mettre en commun leurs moyens de production et de commercialisation. Partageant la même passion et la même exigence de qualité, ils ont lancé la coopérative « Les Celliers Associés », à Pleudihen-sur-Rance dans les Côtes d’Armor, sur un site de 5 hectares bordant la rivière de la Rance. Notre raison d’être : offrir un débouché aux producteurs-adhérents en transformant les pommes en cidre et jus de pomme, pour le plaisir de tous.

0.33 l bottle from a grocery store in Malastrana, Prague. Drank from a bottle near the canal like a hobo. Fake ginger candy aroma. Some apple underneath. Good balance, slightly tart, slightly sweet. Juicy and candy-like. Fizzy drink. Light body, high carbonation, light finish. Almost drinkable. Expected worse.

Bottle shared at home. Clear deep golden. Dry apple peel, light juice, a touch of caramel and honey even, light herbs, apple pie, dry mineral notes, dry wood, bark. Medium sweet, light bitter and very light tart. Almost medium bodied, light dry. Quite alright actually, not too sweet.

Post Sahtipaja tasting @ kwartje. Bottle. Clear golden with white bubbles. Dry apples, yellow apple peels, watery, tannins, woody dry. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Good sessionable dry cider.
