Description

Bottle at home. Chrystal clear golden with fizzy head that lasts a few seconds. Apple and pear juice, a hint of funk, dry apple peel, almonds, light lemon, light grassy. Almost medium sweet, light sour and very light bitter. Almost medium bodied and almost medium dry as well. Decent cider, though a little plain and bland.

500ml bottle from Nene Park cafe, Peterborough. Deep golden colour, lasting thin white foam head and fruity apple aroma with some caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, cooked apple, with caramel hints, alittle apple skin and light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish with residual sweetness. Quite drinkable
