Notre coopérative n’est pas une entreprise privée comme les autres, c’est une coopérative, et cela change tout ! Notre coopérative a été créée par et pour les producteurs-adhérents. Tout a commencé en 1953, quand 12 producteurs de pommes de la vallée de la Rance ont décidé de mettre en commun leurs moyens de production et de commercialisation. Partageant la même passion et la même exigence de qualité, ils ont lancé la coopérative « Les Celliers Associés », à Pleudihen-sur-Rance dans les Côtes d’Armor, sur un site de 5 hectares bordant la rivière de la Rance. Notre raison d’être : offrir un débouché aux producteurs-adhérents en transformant les pommes en cidre et jus de pomme, pour le plaisir de tous.

400ml on tap at The Rocket Bar in Kaluga. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is ripe red apples. Taste is light dry followed by sweetness. Light sweet finish.

750ml bottle from Beru Vykhodnoi in Moscow. Pours clear gold with no head. Aroma is ripe green apples, apple skin. Taste is heavy sweet and a hint of sourness. Sweet finish. Light bodied.

75cl bottle. Pours a misty gold with a soft apple pie nose. Moderate caramelised apple fruit, some sweeter tangents than standard, very distant tannins. Ok doux overall.

750ml bottle. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is red apples, apple peal. Taste is dry, slightly tart, tannins. Dry finish. Medium bodied.

There's a weird part of me that remembers graham crackers and apple juice from when I was a kid. Don't need my beer to give me flashbacks.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear reddish golden, fizzy head. Aroma of raspberry jam. Mildly tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Tart apples and frozen raspebrries. No bitterness.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, lively head. Aroma of ginger ale. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel, Dominated by ginger and lemin juice, can't sense any cider. Gingery finish. Gimmicky.

Appearance: Fogge deep gold with a one finger tall off-white head of medium low to retention. Aroma and taste: Fermented red apples, funk, vinous notes, tart red apple skin. Dry. Light sourness along. Mouth feel: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: Decent.

250ml bottle pours out golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is great apple some funky notes and a touch of tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart apples and some funk.
