BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear deep golden, fast disappearing white head. Strong barnyard aroma, gradually making way for apple fragrance, even some baked apple by the end, The taste is semi-dry, light apple sweetness, apple skin tannins, light malic acidity, quite strong chalky notes in the finish. Some subtle brett here too. Not a high-quality cider, but well above the industrial alco-ciders.

Thanks to the guy at the stand. Small bottle sample @ BAF 2014. Hazy golden, some bubbles. Quite floral nose, rustic, barn, faint mineral. Dry, very rustic, floral, barn, almost herbal apple taste. Lively carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks tomer. Clear golden. Aroma of apples, a bit of sulfur, earthy notes and a not-so-pleasant plasticky note. Slightly sweetish flavor of green apples with light acidity and a drier finish. Highly carbonated. Refreshing.

At a tasting, small stable head, clear deepish yellow colour, yeasty mineraly aroma with some apples, mineraly flavour with a melange of apple flavours, and a strong sourness. Nice and pleasant.

29/11 A 0.75l bottle. It poured golden body with medium sized head. Nice freshly smashed apples in the nose. Dry enough for a brut. Sourish flavor, nice fresh apple characteristics, medium and fizzy body. Some fine sweetness present as well. Astringent vinegar and apple and vinegar finish. Typical French brut cider, well made, but nothing that would impress me too much.
