Description

(Keg at Sidrería, Helsinki, as Tavarn Brut, 20170923) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had raisins and apples. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, raisins, apples and light tartness. Aftertaste sweet. A nice low ABV cider.

Bottle shared @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is a mix of sweet ripe and dried apples. Taste is sweet apples, almost sugary, a hint of bubblegum but with a quite dry finish. Easy drinkable. Not bad.

25cl can from Auchan. No comment on appearance as drunk from the can. Aroma is sugary, artificial raspberry. Taste is sugary, overly sweet, floral fruity character with some artificial raspberry, a touch metallic, fizzy. For girls who've not tasted alcohol yet. Not great.

25cl can @ Hippodrome de Cabourg, watching some horses run around a track. No comment on appearance as chugged from the can. Aroma is sweet as expected. Taste sweet, sugary, with mainstream apple flavours, light caramel, a touch metallic. Not the best the producer has to offer.
