Le tout dans le respect des traditions brassicoles du vieux continent, sans toutefois oublier nos cousins belges et les styles plus houblonnés de nos voisins américains. Des bières brassées sur place dans un esprit de simplicité. Des bières qui coulent doucement, parfois rapidement. Bref, de la soif!

Can: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funny ester with some dry rustic cereal notes.Taste is a great mix of funky ester with some super dry rustic cereal notes with a pêppery yeasty finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super solid saison that UI wish I would have access to on a more regular basis.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry bitter hops with light malt notes. Taste is also dominated by one-dimensional dry bitter notes with a dry aftertaste. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. OK English style IPA.

Can: Poured a super light yellow color ale with a good size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic cereal notes with some dry and peppery yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic cereal notes with some dry and peppery yeast notes with some Brett notes also noticeable. Body is about average fior style with good carbonation. Easy drinking with right amount of complexity.

On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a cloudy peachy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of the guava upfront, followed by funky wild yeast, a hint of lime — super tropical and juicy. Flavour is super tropical and juicy, with loads of guava, subtle sweetness, moderate tartness and dryness, accentuated by a hint of lime, and a touch of wild character. Excellent fruited gose.

On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry grainy notes, bitter earthy hops, and a touch of pine. Flavour is piney, with crisp, earthy, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp, piney and clean. Very good.
