Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear yellow with no head. Ripe apples. Green apples. Sweet. Medium to watery body. A bit of metal.

shared by papsoe clear pale yellow, small smooth white head nice aplle aroma, a little bit ripe bitterness in it too. flavor is apple, sweetish, very faint sort if citrussy note.

Bottle, 4.5%. Yoghurt aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Citric flavour, a little yoghurty citricness. Not bad. Does not taste much of apples, though.

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Fairly sweet aroma with apples. Sweet flavor with apples. Sweet stuff but not that artificial.

Bottle. Dark yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma with citrus notes. Average semi dry flavor. Citrus and apple notes. Average finish.- Oily palate but too fizzy.
