Draft at Taphouse. Dark amber/brown, clear, medium fluffy beige head. Aroma is nutty and light roast. Taste is nutty, light roast,mild sweetness with a thin bitter finish.

Sample from 750. Clear reddish brown. Some Flanders style sour notes in the aroma. Modestly sour and a smooth mellow brown ale base. Not super sour but smooth and balanced. Very nice

16oz crowler from brewery. Clear golden pour, small foamy head. Grainy aroma, biscuit Malts, light sweetness. Full grainy, malty flavor with a noticeable kick of alcohol. Smooth, creamy. A nice change from IPAs.

OnTap at the brewery/taprom Light fog on this pretty light lemon yellow pour. Thick dense bright white head and lacing. Light floral peppery hop aromas, and a nice sharp stinging hop bite . Spicy and dry and a little grassy. Clean and light bodied even for a 7% brew. Not bad.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom pours a reddish amber. Lasting tan head and lacing. Resinous hops and malts are a bit amber/toasted. Fermented well, nice clean body. The 9% is noticeable but works well. Touches on barley wine territory. Quite good.

On tap at the brewery/taproom slightly foggy bright yellow golden. Thin wispy white head. Pale malts and plenty of noble/Pilsner hop character. Packs a pinch at 7.5 but smooth and clean.

Crowler from CopenRoss. Amber colored pour, filmy, wispy head. Malty, caramel aroma. Malt forward in taste too, hint of sweetness, caramel, some hops at the back. Smooth for 9%.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Light hazy deep dull golden pour. Nice tight dense white head. Mainly grassy floral hop aromas and flavors. Modest bitterness. Good over all Pale ale.
