473mL can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very mellow, with dry crackery malt, straw, and very faint bittering hops. Flavour is fairly crisp, with dry crackery malt, straw, and a touch of bitterness. Crisp and clean but not particularly interesting.

473 ml can. Pours a dark reddish brown with light head. Aromas of dank piney hops, soap and toasted malts. Flavors of sharp pine, nuts, dusty chocolate and toasted malts.strong pine finish. Not really coming together for me.

473mL can, pours an opaque golden yellow with a medium white head. Nose is thankfully low on chalk/hopburn, with lots of pithy tropical stone fruits, restrained citrusy hops, with subtle notes of melon and hop tang. Flavour is extremely low on the bittering hops, with lots of juicy tropical fruits, some citrus, some melon, hop tang, and a bit of booze. Thankfully, no chalk or hopburn, but this really needs some more bittering hops. Good juice bomb in need of more early hops.

473mL can. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is very earthy: chocolately roast, resin, dry pine. Flavour has dry roast, pine, resins, burnt cacao. Good roast, but the hops are pretty timid.

473mL can, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma expresses floral hops upfront, with light stone fruit and a bit of grass. Flavour has a pretty nice tangy, lightly floral hop character, with a touch of green melon, straw, and cereal malt. Really clean, nicely dialed in hop expression. Well-structured and drinkable. Very good.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown / black with a medium tan head. Aroma has a nice balance of roasted malt and earthy, piney hops. Flavour has a nice balance of roasted malt, earthy hops, and a touch of pine. Not as potent on the hops as I’d hope for, but the balance and construction are good.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed blonde with small white head. Gooseberry, subdued tropical hops and feint gas fumes. Decent.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of doughy malts, melons, and dull pine. Flavos of same; maybe a bit more pine. Malty and boring. Whatever this is, it’s not a Pale Ale.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 27/11/2025). Medium-dark brown with small light beige head. Earthy toasted nuts, clean brown ale. Prefer Deadfall Basal Brown slightly for a better balance in BC brown ales, but solid for the style.
