Bottle - Nice cooked Apple with a touch of spice. Clear dark gold copper. Red peel and some tannic and bitter apple. Lots of acidity and a bit of a bite.

Golden to light amber. Deep aroma of apple, hints of stewed apples and some glue. Very sweet, limit to be syrupy, with correct level of acidity, caramelized apples, and some astringency in the final.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel golden with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out lots of treacle toffee, caramel, and some brown sugar. Flavour brings out overripe red fruits, treacle toffee, caramel, and a little brown sugar. Overripe apples, with a brown sugary finish. Excellent.

Golden-amber. On the nose, some nutty aroma with just a touch of apple. On the palate, lighter with lots of brown sugar. It’s a lighter brown sugar, and there’s a touch of acidity and barely a trace of tannin. A bit lighter in the body than most, but it’s pretty good.

A golden Perry with an aroma of sweet apple and pears, pinot de charente, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple with light pears, light mineral notes, OK. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.

A golden cider with a beautiful aroma of caramelized apples, spiced notes, light woodyness. In mouth, a rich and complex woody apple, with light cinnamon notes, nice and smooth. Tasted at Mondial des Cidres de Glaces, Feb. 11 2012.
