Light amber color. Wonderful aroma, macadamia nuts, stewed apples. Medium sweet, below the average; nice apple juice flavor, not much flavor depth, and some astringency in the final.
Nice but not the greatest.

Has a light amber. Has a nice baked apple nose. This has a lively apple character, that touch of acidity is really nice, going well with the clean baked apple taste.

Bottle - Nice sweet cooked apples. Clear copper. Cooked Apple with some tannic peel and light bitterness. Decent. Good balance, but not exciting.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel golden. Aroma brings out lots of treacle toffee, caramel apple and brown sugar. Flavour brings out lots of cooked apple, apple juice, toffee, and brown sugar. Not super elegant or deep, but the flavours are sure nice. Very nice.

A cognac amber cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light maple, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam with maple syrup character, light tropical fruits, very nice and complex, warming alcohol. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.

A golden amber ice cider with aroma of sweet apple pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with light acidity, light tropical fruits, light cotton candy, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple with light acidity, light mineral notes, grassy and smooth. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.
