Draft pour at Bellevue Brewing. Backlog rate. Pours a dense, near black appearance. Patchy dark brown foam head and lacing. Really enjoying the adjunctless imperial stouts in my local lately, including this one! Big roast, dark chocolate comes through big on the nose. Toasty malt, bold coffee like notes. Bitter dark chocolate constant linger here. Big beer that is way too easy to drink. Clear highlight on the taplist this time around.

Draft pour at Bellevue Brewing. Backlog rating. Darker peach juicy haze with almost no head. Big nose of ripe tropical fruits. Maybe some galaxy hops here? Very peacy punch, with tropical notes throughout. Moderately bitter late, but tastes hardly near imperial. Juicy start to finish. Quite an enjoyable hazy here.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Draft pour at Bellevue Brewing. Rating from Backlog. Clean and shiny golden amber appearance, with plenty of foam head and lacing. Similar tothe Irish Red, with very light notes of nutty and paper like grains, and little else going on. Absent aroma. No off putting flavors at all, just not muh depth. A little unfair to make these comments however, trying these side by side with some of their thicker, darker brews. Overall, a refreshing, easy drinking amber lager.

Draft pour enjoyed at Bellevue Brewing. Backlog rating. Less red, more golden appearance. Very night aroma. Not really a whole lot to describe on this one. Flavor is mostly a subtle nutty grain, with a waxy linger. Light, mostly empty, watery finish. Palate cleanser in the middle of their lineup. Too light for a red in my opinion.

Enjoyed on draft at Bellevue Brewing. Backlog rate. Clean, shiny golden appearance with tongs of foam head and lacing. Really nice lager here that the level of flavor matches the IPAs on the board. A mostly grassy nose. Clean, grassy and piney hops with a surprisingly aggressive hop bitter finsh. Soft spicy grain for balance. Really nicely done brew here.

Draft pour at Bellevue Brewing. Backlog rate. Listed at the brewery as a low cal hazy IPA. Pale pear golden appearance. Very light haze here, if any at all. Reminds me of some of the NA brews that I drink during March each year. Very soft juicy fruit flavor, paired with a paper like grain. Easy finish, though a touch watery. I can get on board with a brew like this in certain settings.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Draft pour enjoyed at Bellevue Brewing. Rating from backlog. Clean and clear pale golden appearance, with a minimal fizz head. Soft straw like nose. Flavor is a decent amount of corn, cream corn body. As thin as this one appears, it has plenty of body to it. Smooth taste, gentle paper grain finish. Refreshing on the hotter days I'm sure.

Supppeeer limey. Almost like they added lime juice. Pretty undrinkable. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Sour tangerine, grapefruit. Too much. Cloying acidic finish. Can.

12 ounce can. Pours a dark mahogany color with a medium white head. A big malty fruity nose. Sweet, toast, some cherries. Smooth. Pretty big flavors, some toffee. Good.
