A golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light maple, alcohol warmth nice. In mouth, a nice sweet tart apples with light acidity, very nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.

Bottle: Poured a dark golden color ice perry. Notes of sweet pears are not as intense as I would have expected. Residual sugar level is also not as dominant as I would have expected. Not bad overall but not as tasty as I would think concentrated pear juice would taste like.

A golden Perry with light pear pulp aroma, light acidity, nice. In mouth, a sweet pear pulp, light astringency, cork, OK. Bottle from SAQ Lasalle.

A golden yellow, not to dark. A sweet sugary apple compote in aroma, light alcohol. In mouth, a very sweet candied apple, with light caramel, sweetened apple juice alcohol.

A pale yellow cider. Fresh apples in aroma with light vinegar notes. A funky apple in mouth, sourness of toothpaste, light acidic points, astringent.

Golden colour. Aroma of brown sugar and caramelized pear. Soft, oily, with lots of pear. Vibrant fruit, with a hint of brown sugar.

Bottle courtesy of thecheeseman. Pours light hay color with little to no head. Aroma of caramelized pears. Sweet flavors of pears and tart green apples. Light body with thin mouthfeel.
