650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with a tiny white head. Nose is pretty laid back, with light citric notes, a little lacto, and light tartness. Flavour is along the same lines, very subtle and laid back, with lacto, tart citric notes and wheat. Very refreshing, but fairly uninteresting. It's alright.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear copper amber with a small white head. Nose brings out toasted malt, German lager yeast and dry bready caramel. Flavour brings out treacle toffee, bready malts and an almost butterscotch-like quality. Dry and well-balanced. Quite solid stuff.

Cask special at Kettle Valley Pub. Quite dark, thin head. Sarsaparilla on the nose, light mint, nice creamy body, sarsaparilla and a hit of mint, toasty character. Sweet creamy finish. Strong taste.
