A golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde Gose with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light corn notes, diacetyl, a tad unpleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light chalky character, light mineral notes, light corn husk, unpleasant. On tap at Ottawa winter brewfest 2018.

Canette 473ml, gracieuseté de SebD lors du CanBIF Spring 2016, Thanks Sébastien! Couleur brune très foncée opaque, mousse moka pâle laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de malt caramélisé, mélasse, fenouil?, quelque chose de"off" que je n’arrive pas à identifier. Goût de malt caramélisé, figue séchée, légère amertume, soupçon de café, malt torréfié, touche d’alcool, sucrée. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Canette 473ml, gracieuseté de SebD lors du CanBIF Spring 2016, Thanks Sébastien! Couleur orangée pâle presque translucide, mousse blanche fuyante laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de malt sucré, poire dans le sirop, levure, côté végétal. Goût de poire en canne, alcool, malt, très sucré, légère amertume, levure. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen. Dangereusement plate.

A murky amber DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, resinous and piney, light citrus pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a good mix between a grapefruit juice with a very hoppy ipa, resinous and piney hops, very surprised. Cask at Cornwall Summer Beer fest 2016.
