Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Clear orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is big on apples, farmy, pear drop, straw, apple pie. Taste comprises tarte apples, straw, more apple pie. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok cider.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Very light yellow golden with no head. Nose is sweet, banana evident, caramel, toffee apple. Taste comprises banana chews, sweet licks, bubblegum, faint orchard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Gets the banana theme across but overly sweet.

Tap@CBC2015, Red Session - pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma and taste is very sweet with honey, caramel, floral and herbal medicinal notes, sweet finish.

Nose is red berries overlayed on apple orchard, some butterflies dance in the hedges, light wood. Taste comprises straw, blackcurrant, apple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok fruited cider.
