Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours oily golden, no head, lacings. Aroma of apples, sweets, caramel, sweet fruit, light citrus. Flavor is rather sweet, sweets, apples, caramel, tart apples. Thin body, average carbonation. 020515

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours oliy and clear light golden, no head. Aroma of light sweet and rather tart apples. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, green apples, light alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, some warming alcohol. OK cider. 010515

Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of black currant, candy and red apples. Taste is medium sweet with a sweet berry, red apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of slightly sour green apples. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a slightly dry, green apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Growler fill from CCB cons 2015-05-12 Spring Hill, Fl AR: red apples, apple skin, dry and swmisweet AP: clear bronz, no head F: semi sweet, red apples, red apples skin, wee drynees from the skin, and a wee tartness as well, really appreciate a good fruity like cider!
