On tap at Wallace, pours a dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted caramel and bready malt. Flavour is very peaty, with lots of smoked malt upfront, followed by sour red fruits, and toasted malt. Peaty and tart. Unusual but it's solid.
