Draft - Light and almost nothing on the nose. Cloudy gold copper with a decent white head. Light grains and some apple fruity sweetness. A bit fruity but OK, not sure at all what this should taste like.

Draft - Roasy, toasty notes with some dark sugars. Clearish Amber with a decent beige head. Lots of toffee, cocoa and light toast. Nicely done, would be better with a lower abv.

2016-03-03, draught at the brewpub, 6% ABV, 46 IBU, 6-4-6-3-12=31
Cloudy light amber color. The aroma is too light, the malt flavor is more pronounced, well structured, not too dry, with some resiny hops and robust bitterness.
Not bad.

Light amber color, cloudy, with small head. The aroma is mild and the flavor not too expressive; I consider this one an old school IPA, it has a robust malt backbone, although lean and not chewy, a bit of toffee, moderate sweetness; but the hops are not bright, they are resiny and contribute to a fairly strong bitterness.
Nice bitter Ale. Helps to push some food down.

Red amber color. The aroma strikes immediately with a delicate fruity and flowery touch. The flavor has a well defined earthy character, nice malt and caramel, a bit sweet, but with correct bitterness, and a bit astringent in the final.
Quite original in the Province. Bold. Nice.

Hazy golden color. The aroma is too mild, bit with a light fruity note. Nice malt flavor, supported by a light residual sweetness and a lingering fruitiness from the yeast; nice bitterness level.
It doesn’t have the yeast character of an English ESB, but it’s still a pleasant beer.
