Poured from the tap. Hazy brownish gold with small white head. Light strawberry, generic malt, and a hint of soap.

Has good deep violet body and some okay foam. Smells of good chewy rhubarb and blackberry, taste is much the same with mellow berry and sweet, though slightly tart. Full with good carbonation. Adequate for what it is.

Nice clear yellow body and some good foam, smells of musty armpitty hops, vaguely floral. Taste is slightly citrusy hops, some lemon notes. A little too wet unfortunately. Still okay, thought a little disjointed.

Bottle. Amber with an off white head. Aroma of singed breadcrust, peach, grapefruit. Pretty much how it tastes too with prominent bready malt and then quite firm bitterness at the end. Not bad.

On tap at Darby's, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of peanut butter and chocolate—seems pretty sweet and dessert-like. Flavour is sweet and sickly, with lots of chocolate, moderate peanut butter, and mounds of residual sugar. Sickly sweet and cloying. This isn't good.

Okay medium gold body and modest foam, mellow hops on the nose. Flavour is wet weak hops, soft sweetness. Iittle carbonation and watery. Underwhelming would be polite.

Muddy brownish red body and mediocre foam, soft malty chocolate syrup on the nose. Flavour is sweet biscuit, chocolate wafer. Sugary finish but not excessive. Easy and simplistic but hits the style notes adequately.

Good clear copper body and okay foam. Nice deep malt on the nose, licorice, gingerbread. Flavour is dark bread, soft pine. Good carbonation yet too watery for a pale ale. Not bad nonetheless.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma reveals a litre peanut butter powder and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is rather powdery, with peanut butter and cocoa powders both showing up. Dusty and dry. The flavour is pleasant, though rather artificial. Dry and drinkable. It's alright.

Good brown body and nice foam, nice meld of a coffee stout and apple cider on the nose. Flavour is mostly stout with an acidic cider kick, not bad really, a little bit of an acquired taste. Good grain and carbonation, it's all still good.
