Clear yellow body with little foam, soft earthy apple aroma. Flavour is more muddy cider with hints of white wine and apple skin. Medium finish. I like the funk but it could all be more refined, it's just messy right now and not in that wild chíc kind of way.

Milky white pink body with no head, sweet tinny grapefruit juice aroma. Tastes like grapefruit juice, nothing else, not bad for a radler but hardly memorable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sour Radler - Grapefruit Lemonade on 01 Jun 2021 at 16:19 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: Cloudy orange and some modest foam, smells of plenty of juice, slight soda hints. Taste is good grapefruit juice, lemonade notes, full finish. Okay, refreshing, easy.

Draught at the brewery
Murky and dull dark blond colour, with creamy, thick head; they didn't seem to get the appearance right (a Brut IPA is usually cleaner, also to suggest cleanliness of flavour), and the dullness is never appropriate for any beer.
Strong aroma of yeast, a bit bready. The malt profile is biscuity (Digestive), with a side of yeast soup, leading to harsh and astringent final; some bitterness; nothing that characterises a Brut IPA can be found in this mess.
Jesus, everything is wrong here, and it's frankly undrinkable and embarassing.

Draught at the brewery
Murky pink grapefruit juice. It drinks like pink grapefruit, with a light beer base.
Pleasant, well made for what it is.

Cask at the brewery
Golden colour to light amber, hazy. Good body, decent biscuity malt base, a bit metallic.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy dark amber colour with creamy head. Biscuity malts and earthy yeast, smooth mouthfeel (nitro mix?) and ashy finish. Nothing offensive.
Classic OTR offer.

On tap at the brewery. Has a good cloudy yellow body and a bit of soft foam on top. Aroma is faint salt and citrus. Flavour is semi-bright salty grain with lemon hints. Mouthfeel is reasonably dry and full on the mouth. It's an okay gose but feels a little low rent.

On tap at the brewery. Has a good gold body but was poured a bit too high and lacks foam. Aroma is good wet fresh juice. Flavour is okay wet hoppy character with strong sugar. Mouthfeel is wet and sweet. This is an okay bigger IPA but lacks finesse.

On tap at the brewery. Has good sharp coffee on the nose but no real mention of smoke it seems. Nice black body has a bit of foam on top. Flavour is good smoked barley with a good hit of smoke. Crisp finish but could be fuller on the mouth. An improvement from some of the beers I've had from this brewery.

Bottle. Smells of stout, a bit of chocolate but not much. Decent black body, minimal head. Flavour is okay roasted barley nothing else. Medium mouthfeel, a bit of oiliness. It's okay, not too exciting.
