A hazed golden amber IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice smooth fruity malt with British floral hops, orange pulp, some catty notes. In mouth, a nice smooth caramel malt with citrus pulp, pungent c-hops, oily mouthfeel, smooth and classic. Cask at Ontario Cask IPA Challenge, April 21, 2012.

Tastes decent, goes down surprisingly easy for an IPA while still retaining bitterness. Some hops smells and extra character, florals and a little fruit. Word. On tap at volos.

Not one thing or the other, somewhere in between. Smells fruity and the hops only appears afterwards in a subdued sense. Its got character in an odd kind of way. On tap at volos.

Prett good. I detect a bit of rose, scented pot-pourri. It’s on the lighter side of bitter, less herbs but a fairly decent body. Cask at volos

A deep dark porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, a sweet chocolate aroma with light buttery notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet peaty chocolae with light lcorice, molasses, a bit sweet but good. On tap at Toronto Cask Fest, Oct. 30 2011.

A deep dark porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, a funked peaty malt with dark fruits, and light lactic notes. In mouth, a smooth chocolate malt with peaty notes, very classic and nice, lightly lactic but overall, quite nice. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011. On tap at Toronto Cask Fest, Oct. 30 2011.

A reddisn brown ale with a thin big bubbled mocha head. In aroma, a smooth nutty caramel with light British hops, and light coffee notes. In mouth, a nice oily chocolate with light herbal notes, faint British hops, not bad. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011.

End of cask so it looked like milk chocolate with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice fruity esters, with grapes and light molasses, and some chocolate notes. In mouth, a smooth nutty malt with light grassy hops, very nice and smooth, light mineral notes. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011.

A hazed dark amber rye ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, pure pumpernickel bread, beautiful and classic. In mouth, a nice liquid piece of pumpernickel bread, with loads of caraway seeds, lightly oily mouthfeel, very nice. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011.
