Lots of pine and citrus peel aroma here. Pours cloudy light orange. Some nice musky malt. Pretty thick consistency. Carbonation on the lower,end of the low side. Finishes bitter, a little astringent. On tap at volos.

A reddish copper ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, loads of butterscotch and vinous malt, nice piney hops, meaty notes, interesting. In mouth, a sweet mix of butterscotch, vinous caramel malt, piney hops some citrusy hops.

A hazed amber ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, loads of butterscotch, fruity esters, caramel malt, ok. In mouth, a sweet corn and maple mixed malt, butterscotch, light treacle and corn husks. Ok.

A dark reddish brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, a rather vinous malt with fruity esters, quasi Belgian qualities, burned caramel, very nice. In mouth, a smooth lightly peated malt, licorice and sweet fruity esters.

Decent brew. Pours murky brown with good head, great lacing. Smells herbal and a little musky. Hops, booze and smokey malt in aroma. Finishes a little bitter. Slick consistency. Tap at volos.

Pours cloudy gold without much lacing, some head. Some hops and some malt. A little bitter with a dose of fruitiness and some alcohol. A little off balance. Low carbonation - cask at volos.

A hazed murky brown ale with a thick big bubbled brown head. In aroma, smooth roasted malt with coffee, herbaceous notes, grassy and beautiful. In mouth, a nice nutty malt with , grassy, floral hops, resinous, well done. On tap at A Night with Amsterdam and Friends, Feb 2 2013.

Not sure how to classify this. Pours syrupy black with slight but disappearing head. Aroma of booze, floral hops and some malt. Taste slighlty oaky bitter. Note of sweetness and some tang at the end. Tap at brewpub.
