375mL bottle, pours a hazy orange amber with no head. Aroma is rich and complex, with caramel, liqueur, some alcohol and brown sugar. Flavour isn't as lovely unfortunately, but certainly is unique, with loads of alcohol, liqueur, caramel and lots of residual brown sugar. A very boozy ice cider, with not as much richness or depth, but still quite decadent. Very good, but not the best ice cider from Double Cross.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is unusual for an ice cider / perry, with farmhouse notes, dusty pears, and wheat - very unique nose for the style. Flavour is not very much like the smell, with sweet pears, caramel, and high residual sugars. There is a bit of carbonation that spruces things up a bit, but doesn't take away from complexity. Lovely stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy bright orange with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out caramel, toffee, and red apples. Flavour is very complex, with loads of caramel, some toffee, butterscotch, and brown sugar. Complex as hell. Very sweet, but not cloying. Very elegant and a pleasure to drink. Phenomenal.

375ml bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a few bubbles of white head. Aroma smells like fuzzy apples, fungal notes and light toffee. Flavour is medium-high sweet, with caramel, toffee and residual candied brown sugar. Not overly complex, but well-balanced and integrated - almost a touch muted. Very good, but there are better ice ciders out there.

375ml bottle, pours a clear golden yellow with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out lightly sweet apples, toffee and bready notes. Flavour is very complex and unusual for an ice cider, with sweet and sour apples - the sourness is unusual for the style, but meshes wonderfully with the sweetness. There is some toffee and green apple core. Lots of sugar, but it's somehow masked by the sourness. Probably not the most complex ice cider, but really nice nonetheless.

1L bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with no head. Aroma brings out lightly tart apples and some hay. Flavour is dry and wheaty, with hay, some slight barnyard notes, and some dry apples. Not overly complex or anything, but clean and drinkable. Solid.

1L plastic bottle, pours a hazy blonde with no head. Nose brings out vinegary tart pears and medium dryness. Flavour brings out vinegar, hay, and medium sweet pears. There was something wrong with this bottle, so I'm up-rating this a bit based on my estimation of how it should've been.
