A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, light bodied, OK. Bottle at Gavilan Cantina, Tlaquepaque.

Bottle - Roast and some chocolate with a touch of cinnamon. Jet brown with a nice light brown head. Roast, sweet molasses and dark sweet malty notes. Carbonation takes away complexity and enhances sweet notes.
