Mild malziger Beginn. Dumpf bananig, fast keine Herbe, wässriger Hintergrund. Süffig aber langweilig, zum Ende ein wenig aromatischer, süßlich. Trinkbar. 9/7/8/7/8/7

Fruchtiger, dunkel hopfiger Beginn. Hefig, reife Banane, eher dumpfe Bitterkeit, milde, noch abnehmende Süße. Herb-hopfiger Mittelteil und Abgang, intensiv, leicht alkoholisch. Vollmundig hopfig-herber, dunkel getreidiger Abgang, etwas Aprikose. Gar nicht mal schlecht! 10/13/11/12/8/12

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into shaker. Hazy deep amber colour, tall frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma grain, caramel, light roasty and earthy notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, toffee. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter finish, not a real dunkel imo but okay.

Cloudy deep golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma light smoke and roast, grain, sweet malt, some bacon. Taste medium sweet and light, malty, smoky, caramel. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet aftertaste, sugary notes. Light weight rauchbier, nice.
