16 oz can from the brewery, canned 12/29/20, consumed 1/8/21. Pours a darker brown with a bit of a reddish hue. The head is tan, very creamy, and long lasting. Plenty of spice, some Belgian dubbel / quad type dark fruit (raisin, fig, etc.), and molasses / brown sugar as well. On the sweet side, warming alcohol, toasty bread. Pretty complex, interesting stuff. I feel like this one will age nicely.

500 ml bottle from the Source, 12/29/20. Pours an unclear rusty orange color with a thick foam of off-white head. Definitely get a lot of the gin botanical flavors coming through here, wood, bourbon, and vanilla as well. The bourbon / gin flavors seem to overpower the Tripel flavors underneath. Decent, but feels out of balance in such a way that the base beer didn't quite hold up to the strength of the barrel. A slight miss for me.

16 oz can from the brewery, canned 12/22/20, consumed 12/23/20. It pours an amber-orange color with a beige / tan head. The aroma is full of coffee and some sugary notes. Flavor-wise it has lots of coffee, fairly sweet, creamy, and smooth. Reminiscent of sweetened coffee with plenty of cream. Spices (mostly cinnamon, but some other spices as well) come through on the close of the flavor, not as much on the aroma. Definitely on the boozy side, but it works here. Tasty stuff.

500 ml bottle from the Source, 12/23/20. Released today, picked up today, consumed today, and poured into my Source glass today, because today is today (until tomorrow when it's not). Let's get this 4 day Christmas weekend going already. It pours a darker brown color with a sheeting medium brown head. Not as rich on the adjuncts as I was expecting from a Source stout. The vanilla and cookie / sugary dough malt flavors definitely come through. Chocolate, coffee, almond, and caramel all come through as well. Nicely balanced. A hint thin, but otherwise quite nice.

16 oz. Aroma is vegetal, passionfruit, alcohol, woodsy. Pours hazy orange golden with a one finger bone white head with good retention. Taste is moderately to highly sweet, slightly sour with a lightly bitter finish. Too overly sweet and boozy for me to really like this.

16 oz can from the brewery, canned 12/16/20 - pops! Consumed 12/18/20. Fully hazed yellowish color, strong white head, coating lace. Pineapple, orange, a bit of lime. Light pine. Not too dissimilar from the Bru-1 I had right before this. This one has a little more balance and slightly less sweetness, but otherwise they are quite similar.

16 oz can from the brewery, canned 12/9/20, consumed 12/18/20. Pours a hazy yellowish color, white head and moderate lace. Pineapple, orange fruitiness. On the sweet side. Some off notes coming through for me in the general direction of diacetyl, but presenting slightly differently than that usually does. Decent, but feeling flawed to me. Will have to revisit with another can and see if this was a bad can or just a flawed beer. -- Edit January 2021: Had a few more cans since, and that flaw is present in all of them, no change in score --

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate foamy white head. Aroma is caramel and something like peach. Med plus body. Rather juicy. Dry enough. Flavor is peach, citrus, light caramel, and something suggesting almond. Some melon neither yellow or green or orange. But melon. Rather lush, but not very bitter. Tasty tho.
