16 oz can from the brewery, 1/14/21. Pours a fully hazed pale yellowish color with a strong white head that leaves heavy lacework on the glass. Melon, pineapple, and stone fruit. Some slightly diacetyl-like coming through as well that is unfortunately very reminiscent of the flaw in Thought Control (Source Pink Floyd beer from last month). Not sure what's going on with these tribute beers lately. I liked this one more than Though Control, but still not up to the standard I generally expect from Source.

16 oz can from the brewery, 1/14/21. Canned 1/6/21, a date that is already starting to feel strange to type at this point. The beer pours out a bright golden-orange color with a thick, foamy white head. Spice, herbal, passion fruit, and mango aroma. Drinks very spice forward, some mint and pine needle come through as well, with undertones of tropical fruity sweetness. Really unique hop flavor profile here, I'm not sure if I've had a single hop Zappa beer before this, but regardless the flavors are unique. Not sure how I feel about this one, might need to revisit the rating with a future can from this 4-pack.

16 oz can from the brewery, canned 12/29/20, consumed 1/8/21. Hazed darker orange color with an off-white head and fairly strong lacework. Vanilla and a boat load of fruit flavor. Muddled, overly sweet. ABV is completely hidden. Many (too many) good components makes this beer a lot.

500 ml bottle from the Source, 12/29/20. Pours an unclear rusty orange color with a thick foam of off-white head. Definitely get a lot of the gin botanical flavors coming through here, wood, bourbon, and vanilla as well. The bourbon / gin flavors seem to overpower the Tripel flavors underneath. Decent, but feels out of balance in such a way that the base beer didn't quite hold up to the strength of the barrel. A slight miss for me.

500 ml bottle from the Source, 12/23/20. Released today, picked up today, consumed today, and poured into my Source glass today, because today is today (until tomorrow when it's not). Let's get this 4 day Christmas weekend going already. It pours a darker brown color with a sheeting medium brown head. Not as rich on the adjuncts as I was expecting from a Source stout. The vanilla and cookie / sugary dough malt flavors definitely come through. Chocolate, coffee, almond, and caramel all come through as well. Nicely balanced. A hint thin, but otherwise quite nice.

16 oz. Aroma is vegetal, passionfruit, alcohol, woodsy. Pours hazy orange golden with a one finger bone white head with good retention. Taste is moderately to highly sweet, slightly sour with a lightly bitter finish. Too overly sweet and boozy for me to really like this.
