Sugar, cinnamon, and biscuit malt aroma. Hazy orange brown with small head. Moderately sweet sugar, cinnamon, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Very nice and matches the flavor of the cookie.

this beer has a thick and heavy palate, which I would expect. moderately sweet, not too much. malt sweetness and caramel. good flavors, alcohol should be a little bit higher I think.
