Bottle @ Højbjerg juletasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, fruits, yeast, sugar and hops. Nice and sweet.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet chocolate, sweett malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, roasted bitter, sweet malt, dark fruit, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Clear golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of chocolate and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt and grain. The finish is sweet with a chocolatey aftertaste. Decent overall.
