Dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruits, oak and a little plume. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruits, plume, oak, medium sweet, hop, little candy, little chocolate and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg juletasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, fruits, yeast, sugar and hops. Nice and sweet.

Bottle. Deep opaque maroon color, thick brown head with good retention and solid lacing. Huge chocolate aroma. Taste has Hershey syrup, prunes, espresso. Very tasty.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Fulcrum Imperial Stout ].ABV: 7.4%. Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet chocolate, sweett malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, roasted bitter, sweet malt, dark fruit, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Clear golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of chocolate and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt and grain. The finish is sweet with a chocolatey aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft. Whiskey, orange/banana wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet whiskey, orange, banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice balance - a good combination.
