Draft @ Indy Microbrewer’s Fest. Wheat malt, musty lemon, and light briny aroma. Cloudy yellow with a large off-white head. Wheat malt, coriander, and light raspberry flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. I asked the brewer about the raspberry flavor, and he admitted there had previously been a fruit beer in the container ... too bad, because I had been looking forward to trying this one.

Draft. Salty cucumber, lime and light malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Lightly sweet salty cucumber and lime flavor with very light malt. Very pleasant and refreshing.

Draft. Raspberry and toffee malt aroma. Dark orange-brown with thin head. Sweet raspberry and toffee malt flavor.with strong bourbon finish. Fruity and very smooth. Nicely blended.

Draft. Banana, clove, light salt and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Sweet/lightly salty banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice - strong Hefeweizen notes.

Draft: Dark, cloudy chestnut with a small tan head. Toffee, cherry and raisin aroma. Flavour is sweet bourbon, very woody, dark fruit notes. Still remains as soft and delicate as the original...even with the barreling. Exceptionally well done.

Draft. Orange-lemon and rye malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head. Honey, lemon, rye malt and alcohol flavor. Excellent.

Bottle at America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt and coffee, with notes of chocolate. Bitter, roasty onset, giving way to sweet notes of malt, coffee and chocolate. Roasty and sweetish aftertaste, with hints of cofee beans. Warming alcohol presence. Good.

12 fl oz bottle at Fulcrum at 7.4%. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, liqourice and dry roasted breadish. Thick malty, liqourice and roasted. Thick malty and roasted dark into the finish.

Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, milk chocolate, caramel and licorice. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long chocolate finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle as "Fulcrum Imperial Stout", 7.4%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, cofffee and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, little caramel, medium sweet and medium bitter.
