Draft: (this run at 12.4%, 65 IBU) Pours black...short, thick, dark brown head. Coffee aroma....strong chile presence. Chocolate, coffee, flavor.....constantly increasing chile heat.... creamy body, growing fairly boozy. At the end of a 12oz snifter, you can definitely feel the heat and alcohol. Big...a little over-the-top and rough at finish.

Draft: 2013 Release....5.4%, 17 IBU Pours a hazy, red-orange with a short, soft white head. Berry malt aroma and flavor...caramel. Pretty good, but a slight tomato note also.... Maybe a hint of diacetyl thing going on in this batch.

Draft: Nearly clear, amber-orange with a creamy white head. Fruity, soft malt aroma. Lightly fruited taste, malty, a hint of nuts...... A very nice, easygoing sessionable beer. Tasty.

Draft: Pours black, with a small tan head. Creamy chocolate, coffee aroma. Taste is the same....very creamy....very smooth. Nice coffee bitter throughout. Subtle. Taste is the same, creamy with a slight dark chocolate bitter. Creamy, malty... Very nicely done.

Draft: Pours murky brown/orange with a thin, off-white head. Sharp, strong bourbon aroma. Sweet, boozy...caramel and vanilla malt. Tons of bourbon and wood...a little peppery spice. The barrel may not have been quite empty....there’s that much bourbon to it. Very good, very potent.

Draft: Slightly cloudy amber/orange...short off-white head. Rye...caramel malt aroma. Very sweet, sugary, woody. Rich, sweet rye whiskey taste. Really, really, good.

Draft: Cloudy yellow, thick white head. Cinnamon, spice, pumpkin aroma. Heavily spiced pumpkin flavor. Nutmeg, cinnamon.... Actually gives you a little cinnamon burn, like Big Red Gum. Lively, crisp, tingly. Very good.

Draft: Cloudy, orange-amber with a small white head. Caramel, earthy aroma. Taste is caramel, nutty, with a noticeable hemp presence. Not bad.
