Bottle from Geers. Dark amber colour, white foam. Caramel, sweet malts, bitter finish. Bit unbalanced. Not the best strong ale.

Bottle. Pours darker amber, clear, with a good, rather creamy white head. Smell is dry, ambermalty. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, malty, metallic ( by the ambermalts) much aroma from the malts in general . Ok beer.

Clear purple red brown beer, creamy beige head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: chlorine, bit sweet, caramel, milk chocolate, bit soapy. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: caramel, sweet, mocha, pretty bitter, some coffee, dried fruits. Aftertaste: raisins, bit sourish, citric, mocha, groasted grains, chocolate, dried fruits, bit sweet. Not bad at all!

Bottle shared @ weekly tasting. Clear amber color, small off-white head. Aroma is quite sweet. Taste sweetness, a hint of candy, maybe slightly some herbs. Quite nicely balanced actually.

Bottle @ benzai. Dark amber with floaties, medium sized off-white head. Smells malts, some orange peel, quite a lot of herbs and sweet. Tastes sweet, herbs, some banana, slightly malty. Medium body, soft carbo.

Small cream-coloured head over veiled foxy-amber beer. Almonds, frangipane, ambrée and other lightly coloured malts. Lightly coloured malts’ flavour too, parsley. And then pretty much nothing; Empty-ish, certainly for an 8% ABV beer. Medium to better carbonated. And another one gone, and another one gone, and another one bites the dust...
