Very hazy and rich straw coloured body with a thick-ish three centimetre tall off-white head that's microfoamed and stays afloat for a long time, all above the 95 per cent opaque body. Aroma of light oranges, dry grass and hay, some lactose and a nice refreshing kick of some alpha acids from the hops, with some smooth oats and wheat noticeable, too. Medium-bodied; Very fresh and easy-drinking oats show the malt bill nicely with a crisp grassy note right behind, with a good kick of oranges and some citrus zest and finishes with a very crisp bitterness from the alpha acids of the hops and a well-balanced (not cloying) sweetness from lactose. Aftertaste is enjoyable with a good balance throughout, especially with the orange, lactose, oats/wheat and slight bitterness - all hit nicely and relatively flavourful for the style. Overall, a good New England IPA throughout - true to the style and well-represented by a player, I do remember and a good option for people who like ANY style of beer - if you can find it - I'm glad to have bought this and brought it back down South - then sampled it immediately! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Glen Ro Spirit Shoppe in Monroe, Connecticut on 05-September-2022 for US$4,49 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 09-September-2022.

Taster at White Lion Springfield. Hazy yellow pour, small, soft, white foamy head. Light bready aroma. Taste is biscuity with a faint citrusy edge, so soft on the palate, so tasty. Like drinking a cloud
