Draft: Black with a small, light tan ring. Coffee, caramel, cherry aroma. Taste is lightly ashy......chocolate malt, caramel, a bit of dark fruitiness. Decent, but doesn’t have an "Imperial" feel to it.....smooth and very mild.

Draft: Dark brown with an off-white head. Coffee, chocolate aroma. Caramel malt, light coffee, wood/leaf bitter. Not bad, but a bit lacking in the coffee and hop bitter flavours I prefer in the style. Still.....it’s pretty tasty.

Draft: Hazy yellow with a bright white head. Lemon, grapefruit aroma. Taste is sweet, almost candied grapefruit (pink).....sugary..... Decent peel and piney bittering..... Not bad, just a little on the sweet side.

Draft; Slightly hazy, amber-copper with a small white head. Toffee malt, sweet fruit, grass aroma. Sweet caramel/toffee malt, grain, grassy flavor. Very nice.

Draft: Hazy yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Grainy, wheaty aroma. Taste is barley malt, a little lemon..... Not overly Kolsch-like....just plain "beery"....like a pale lager... Decent, but misses the mark.

Draft. Smoky toffee malt and hay aroma. Chestnut brown with small head. Sweet smoked meat, chocolate toffee malt, and moderately bitter herbal grass flavor. Great balance. Excellent.

Draft. Cherry, orange, toffee malt, and hay flavor. Chestnut brown with small head. Sweet citrus, apple, chocolate toffee malt and moderately bitter herbal flavor. Body very light for an Imperial stout.

Draft. Tangerine, biscuit malt and grapefruit peel/pine aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Sweet earthy orange malt and moderately strong grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Nice body. Very good.

Draft. Light lemon biscuit malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet creamy barley malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. A very good Golden ale.
