About
We brew on a 5 barrel brewhouse and utilize 10 barrel fermenters to produce our delicious brews. The brew house is heated by electricity to allow us to fine tune and control our brewing process. Our fermentation temperatures are controlled using a custom designed glycol cooling system which keeps our brews fermenting at perfect temperatures, giving us a very unique flavor profile.

Draft, flight pour, at the brewery, 7/27/25. Clear orange color, beige head, and drippy lace. Caramel, grains, and a little spice. Light body, slightly tingly and dry on the close. Solid.

Draft, flight pour, at the brewery, 7/27/25. Clear gold with a white head and some streaky lacework. Herbal, grassy, light citrus, light melon. Touch of pine. Smooth. Solid.

Draft at Paragon, 6/5/24. Fully hazy darker orange color, off white head, relatively strong lace. Grapefruit and stone fruit, some candied peach, lemon, a little ginger, grains, and herbal notes too. Fairly soft, with a slightly strange close. Solid. 8/4/7/3/14

Can (9/1/23) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Clear, bright yellow with nice sparkle, thin cap of head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong grain/wheat, fruity esters, mild bubblegum. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, lively carbonation, w/crisp, yeasty, lightly bitter finish. True to style.
