Can’t at home, 11th August 19, picked up at the Siren, Humble Sea, Meet the Brewer. It pours a hazy orange, poured to far and a load of ugly yeasty floaters messed it up. Aroma is citrus and camomile. Taste is sweet and floral, the camomile is there for certain, it’s strange and sweet, wouldn’t rush to Cali for another, but good to try.

750ml Bottle at home from Siren event, in garden, 11th August 19. Bottle # 242 of 266 bottled on 31st October 17, shared with the Beast. It’s smokey and tart, fruity and delicious, quality Stuff. The aroma gives the smoke of the malts, this follows in to the taste. Great

750 ml Bottle at home in the garden 11th August 19, purchased at Siren Tap Yard, Meet the Brewer, Interesting bottle. Bottle # 326 of 450, bottled 5th November 19. Pours a pretty red wine colour, drinks truly a wine beer hybrid. Less complex than I hoped, but still a very interesting one.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma is juicy citrus with distinct garlic/green onion. Good start! Med body at least. Flavor is earthy, garlicky, with some citrus. Drier than many NEIPAs; lots of hop; bitter than almost burns (garlic? :) ) Good flavors.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy/milkshake off-gold with a white head. Aroma is rather light. Hard to pine down. Med body. Flavor is dry, lightly hoppy and fruity - more tropical than anything. I’m going with melon and a touch of passionfruit. It’s good, but not strongly flavored.

Tap. Pours hazy golden yellow, medium white head, great lacing. Aroma is light, pine, pot, stonefruit, mango (is mango a stone fruit, btw?), nice dankness. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, nice. Medium body. Hint of heat.

Some nice bitterness but not boom. A little thin. Gooseberry and grapefruit. Soft malts

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is earthy/citrus for me. Med body. Flavor is mixed tropical and citrus - which seems towards grapefruit. Earthy/yeasty aspect. Fairly dry. Quite hoppy, and nicely, but not harshly bitter. I like it.
