Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 23, 2025.
Aroma is malt forward with nice bready grain and cracker notes with hints of toasted bread. Light smokiness. Hints of fruity esters. Light floral, herba, spicy hop notes.
Pours a clear, yellow-gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderate cracker malt and bready grain notes with hints of toasted bread. Light smokiness. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light fruity esters and light spicy, floral hop notes.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid smoked helles. The smoke notes are light and well restrained adding just a bit of complexity and fruitiness. Nice malt notes with balanced bitterness and alcohol character. Secondary hop notes are nice as well..

Tap at Out of the Barrel. Overtime dank and tropical fruit aroma. Flavor is tropics forward and then massive sludgy dank and gritty at the end. Back half is massive dank. Thought of lowering this some, but it is so unique.

Aroma is fairly hop forward with nice nots of grapefruit, tropical citrus, lemon-lime and tropical fruit. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow straw color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium light lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of grapefruit, lemon lime, and tropical citrus. Light tropical fruit notes.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and a bit crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a decent West Coast IPA. The malt profile is very light (which I like) and the bitterness is pretty high but not over the top and the bite doesn't linger. Fairly citrus forward hop profile.
