Poured from an undated 16 oz can.
Aroma is hop forward and fairly fruity with a balanced dank note as well. Lots of passion fruit, guava and tropical citrus. Lighter dank, oily, pine resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, somewhat thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers in clumps.
Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong grapefruit pith, orange, and tropical citrus. Medium light dank, oily, pine resin. Lighter passion fruit and guava.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. Nice hop flavor and aroma, but a bit more bitter than I would prefer. Decent fruity hop aroma, but the flavor is way more dank and citrus. Balanced sweetness and alcohol notes.
