Taste is mostly bitter, with limited sweetness behind. Finish is rather short but with some leftover bitterness.

Keg at Extra Hop, Palermo, 04/10/17. Yellow to golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is fresh grass, citric peel, bready notes, grains, lemon rind. Taste comprises yeast esters, lemon zest, hint of bread, damp straw, white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing saison.

Keg at Extra Hop, Palermo, 04/10/17. Golden orange with a solid egg shell white head. Nose is bitter orange, toasted bread, melon, caramel malts, light spice. Tatste comprises grapefruit, citric tinged straw, toasted bread, lemon rind, orange pith, caramel shortbread, cheesecake base. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness and offering a light boost. Sippable DIPA but a touch basic and lacking hop kapow.

Taste comprises orange pith, biscuit crumble, light grapefruit zest, citric tinged straw, caramel malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Serviceable APA.
