Bottle, thanks daniele! Pours nice brown, at first with a huge head but that comes down soon and reduces into a thin but long-lasting film. Aroma has a bit of roast and hops also shine through. taste is nicely nutty, bit of roast and also refreshingly hoppy. Hoppy brown ale, just as I like it. Body is relatively thin but roast and hops are doing a good job in hiding that. I could have a few pints of this, no problem.

On tap @ IBF Pub Edition, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata ed elegante. La persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma si presenta compatto e cremoso, a carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido rilascia bollicine fini ed è velato. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona e lunga. Il gusto è godereccio, voluttuoso. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono da favola. Il finale è felpato, amarognolo e lungo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. I sentori sono di caramello, frutta secca e pane tostato.
