Bottled at Flying Elk, Stockholm. Golden with particles creating serious haze, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of sweet Welsh country cider and chalk. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. The chalk and apples are toned down in the flavour, in favour of grass and salt. Mild finish with low bitterness. A bit like good friends can be - not good looking and downright smelly, but still a pleasure to be with...

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Golden colour with minimal white head with a low duration. Aroma is slightly malty with citrus hints. Flavour is wheaty, slightly fruity, citrus notes and a final with a low batterness. Carbonation is low to medium. Body is medium.

50cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Hazy golden colour with minimal and quickly diminishing white head. Aroma has banana notes, wheat and slightly sweet. Flavour is wheaty, with banana and cinnamon notes. Carbonation is soft. Body is light.
