Draft. Ehh I guess it was OK - I could have used a bit more hoppyness it seemed to lack character.

Draft. Dark with a very smallhead. Some nuts and a bit of a woody smell with a bitter finsih. I suppose it would be a good session ale but I wasn’t a big fan.

Draft. Pours dark, some chocolate and fruitiness. A little bit too much alcohol taste for myself but still pretty good.

On a four beer flight at Stadium Brewing on 10th April 2025. Slight haze in the amber body, off-white crust on top. Malty front with a hoppy centre and finish, impressive beer all round, really enjoyed it. Piney, woody, earthy and heavy.

12 oz bottle poured, picked up at Northwest Liquor, Monroe. Clearly the "brewery only release" marking on the label has become obsolete. Near black pour, with a tight tan foam. Aroma really explodes out of this upon opening. Big smokey barrel. Lots of peat. Inviting to this fan of non-beer potent potables that are served next door at the Burnt Barrel. Flavor is aggressive towards the headliner. Lots of islay, smokey whiskey barrel. Toasty throughout. Finishes on the dry side. Ultimately unique brew. Fun addition to one of the most interesting beer series out there.
