Not surprisingly it’s somewhat sweeter than I’d prefer, but it’s not too over the top on that. This cider is sweet and spicy. Donuts? I don’t know, but it’s alright..

Can. Fairly clear pinkish red. Small head fades rapidly. Very friendly berry nose. Initial impression is it's quite dry, very little if any unfermented sugar. Also, plenty of carbonation, I like that. Yes, lots of berry in there, and it doesn't seem to be artificial. Pretty good; I like that its dry. Much appreciated. This is no woodchuck cider here baby. More like the real ciders you find in the old country. In the middle goes down pretty easy with its sizzling co2. Finishes with a decent tart attribute. Apple cider within is civilized without any ill characteristics. Not bad. Definitely would enjoy this again in the future.

This cider smells of cranberry, oranges, apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The flavor has some light sweetness but is mostly dry. Spices are there but not overdone. Quite good

P ours clear gold. It smells of guava and apple as one would expect. The flavor is lightly sweet. Guava comes through well with the apple. Pretty good.

On tap @Lost Valley. Rich, blanket orange, OJ-looking pour. Smell is yeasty, yogurty, but mostly OJ. Taste is acidic oj with mellow mushy & bitter-tart apples. Thick, sharp, OJ consistency. Mimosa. Barely cider. Not terrible.

Pours hazy orange. It smells of oranges and apples. The flavor is fairly sweet but not overly so. The tartness from the oranges balances it. This works pretty well.

This cider has an aroma of apples and cinnamon. It tastes semi dry with a pleasant cinnamon flavor added to the mostly dry apple. Balanced.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple strudel, baked apples, pastry. Taste is sweet, cooked apple, apple strudel, cinnamon, mellow, with some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish with some lingering spiced notes. Quite OK.
