Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.3%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Feels like Centennial, Citra, Simcoe. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a great clean bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on west coast style example.

Overall this is an awesome witbier. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance between spices, earthy hops, and Wit yeast complexity; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on classic tasting style example as expected of the brewery.

A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example. A bit more roasty than expected, but one of the best for the style I have had.

A bit too fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Very slight touch of sour cherry note, maybe. A little infection only noticeable in the nose. Medium-high carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and fairly sticky/chalky/tannic mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol or barrel booze for 6.7%. Overall this is a very nice barrel aged flavored export stout. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready/rye malt, molasses, bourbon barrels, light-moderate earthy hops, and light fruity yeast/vanilla flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/tannic/drying finish. Nicely soft and not overly bitter/charred. Balanced rich malts, and barrel presence/integration; with nice hop presence, and restrained fruity yeast. Mildly sweet with lingering crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made English style example as expected. Feels like these recent variants were packaged prematurely from the carbonation. This was the only one that had a mild infection note, but was likely just the English yeast character. Was hoping for more vanilla presence, tastes like the base beer mostly.
