Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy cherries, raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cherries, raspberries, pale/wheat malts, and moderate fruity yeast/earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy cherries, raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, wood, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, raspberries, pale/wheat malts, and moderate fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness, tart/tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 7.4% after the finish. Overall this is an excellent brut fruit beer. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, raspberries, pale/wheat malts, and moderate fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish. Perfectly balanced between juicy fruits, pale/wheat malts, and earthy hops. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. First time I've seen the Brut enzyme not used in an IPA.

Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of bready malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes present. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an awesome Vienna lager. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of bready malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink, with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Very clean and rich Vienna malt showcase; with nice noble hop presence/balance. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.

Fantastic soft feel. Flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Was expecting more cherry presence, but still had a solid amount. Great Sabro hop showcase as expected. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hop complexity; with a nice clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness.
