On the sweet side for a DIPA, with a corn-niblet back end that doesn’t quite jibe with the citrus-pine Cascade heart. Grapefruit, candied lemon peel, and white bread round out the finish, with an oily bitterness not altogether complementary with the sweetness. A tad boozy as well. Eh.

12oz can pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet tropical fruit hops and some wheat. Taste is more of the nice sweet hops and grain.

12 oz can from Tavour. Hazy, cloudy pour, pear nectar, head dissipates quickly. Sweet, fruity aroma. Taste comes in quite juicy, thick. More sweet citrus flavors, pear. Mouthfeel is heavy.

12 oz. can. Thanks, Ian! Pours a bright red color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The aroma is tart pomegranate, blackberry, vanilla, and mild yogurt. Mildly tart, and just a little salty and sweet. Light and refreshing. Great balance and just enough fruit to enhance the beer, without being overbearing. Quality.

Unexpectedly restrained for something labeled as a Cracker Jack stout. The usual milk stout vanilla-milk chocolate-caramel notes are present, as is a vein of black cherry and cola, with an underlying nuttiness mixed with toffee and molasses. Cracker Jack notes are subtle, almost too subtle, although any more sweetness would risk growing cloy. Texture's a smidge thin, but otherwise not a bad pint.

Taster at the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours a dull, murky, straw color, with a medium, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is apricot, cloves, caramel, lemon zest, and dry grass. Sweet, with a mild, grainy bitterness. Light body, with a sharp, crisp mouthfeel. This is a mellow, zesty, and delicious IPA.

On tap at Brick Store Pub, pours an opaque cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brubgd out fresh tropical stone fruits, resinous and piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with rich tropical stone fruits, and resinous hops. Creamy and fruity. This is excellent.
