16 oz. can. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is grass clippings, coriander, wheat crackers, and lime zest. Sweet and malty, with a mild, biting bitterness. Light, crisp, and sticky. Bright and refreshing, if a bit harsh.

Pint can. Toffee malt aroma with notes of toasted malt, caramel, pumpkin, allspice, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Pours deep toffee brown colored with a thin tan head that has some retention and little lacing. Starts with toffee, earthy pumpkin, clove and nutmeg flavors. Finishes smooth with caramel, allspice and cinnamon flavors. Interesting scotch ale.

16 oz. can. Pours dark brown, with a fair, bubbly, tan head. The nose is pumpernickel, cola, maple syrup, harsh pine, and toffee. Dry and malty, with a hard, sticky bitterness. Heavy body, chewy, and hard. Aggressive and interesting.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an opaque, reddish color, with a small, fine, beige head. The nose is strong blood orange, cane sugar, Aperol, and light apple. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, citrusy bitterness. Light to medium body, effervescent, and crisp. Crisp, fruity, and easy. Solid.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with an average, foamy, tan head. The aroma is cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, brown bread, and caraway. Sweet and malty, with a fair, musty bitterness. Medium body, fluffy, and sticky. Pretty nice, easy stout.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. The nose is pine sap, marigolds, lime zest, and light rosemary. Dry and earthy, with a strong, resinous bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, and sharp. Tasty and fun, if quite a lot overhopped for an ESB.
