Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. The nose is pine sap, marigolds, lime zest, and light rosemary. Dry and earthy, with a strong, resinous bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, and sharp. Tasty and fun, if quite a lot overhopped for an ESB.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a medium sized beige head, good lacing. Caramel, green peppers, nutty, mild bitter finish. Good. The peppers are there, but not overpowering like many Chile beers.

A pint glass on draft at The Bar in The Broadmoor. It served up a clear yellow with a persistent, creamy white head and great carbonation. The taste was of citrus, grain, meadow and also had a light sweetness. Nothing outstanding as is standard for the style but nice on an early June evening
