On tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a medium sized beige head, good lacing. Caramel, green peppers, nutty, mild bitter finish. Good. The peppers are there, but not overpowering like many Chile beers.

A pint glass on draft at The Bar in The Broadmoor. It served up a clear yellow with a persistent, creamy white head and great carbonation. The taste was of citrus, grain, meadow and also had a light sweetness. Nothing outstanding as is standard for the style but nice on an early June evening

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear, reddish brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is leather, mahogany, caramel, figs, and cardamom. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, yeasty bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a spicy, syrupy palate. Enjoyable, complex, and clean.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, fleeting, off-white head. The nose is caramel, heavy cinnamon, bread dough, and light grassy hops. Sweet, with a lot of savory spice. Medium body, chewy, and crisp. Fun and pretty tasty.

12 oz. can. Pours black, with a small, frothy, tan head. The aroma is mild dark chocolate, leather, walnut, light salt, jalapeño, and caramel. Sweet and malty, and just a little hot. Mellow, syrupy, and sharp. Pretty nice, easy chili stout.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, dark, red color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is spruce and pine, walnuts, grapefruit peel, and rye. Sweet and malty, with a dank, resinous bitterness. Medium body, grainy, and syrupy. Solid.
